HOPE Valley dominated their hosts from the start, continually sniping at the home side's defence and gaining ground through full back Rawson, and Woodhouse at scrum half.

The pressure finally told, with Grayson on the wing bouncing through several Lymm tackles to score and make it 5-0 at half time.

Valley started the second half with intent, with Ryder and Hodgson making good breaks, and the hosts conceded a penalty which was kicked by McGuigan to extend their lead.
